How we collect information
We collect information in different ways when you use our Website. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13.

You do not have to provide any personal information on our Website unless you choose to do so, but this information may be necessary to for you to take action with CHN.
We will NEVER ask for your credit card number through email or for your social security number.

Email. Any user who receives CHN emails can unsubscribe using the unsubscribe link provided in every email CHN sends.

CHN takes commercially reasonable security measures to help protect against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of data. These measures include internal reviews of our data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures, as well as physical security measures to guard against unauthorized access to systems where we store personal data.
Applicability of U.S. Law. CHN is based in the United States, is directed to U.S. residents, and processes and stores information in the U.S. If you are located outside of the U.S., we and our service providers may transfer your information to, or store or access your information in, jurisdictions that may not provide equivalent levels of data protection as your home jurisdiction.
