Build Back Better: Human Needs Community’s Statements, Fact Sheets, Analyses, and Actions

On October 28, 2021, President Biden unveiled the negotiated framework of his Build Back Better plan. The framework proposes historic investments in sharply reducing child poverty, improving access to health care for millions of Americans, housing, nutrition assistance, child care and pre-K, and so much more. It would also slow climate change by reducing greenhouse-gas emissions. On November 19, the House of Representatives passed the Build Back Better Act; the Senate must now act.
